Default Group policies

Hi

I guess something has gone wrong with th group policies on a windows 2003 server. The admnistrator cannot even open a file / run an application/ there is no acess to administrative tool / registery or even the command prompt.

Any idea how i can modify the group policies to give the admonistrator control again. without formatting the server.

thx

ak
